She has since found her that she is 3 months pregnant. There are no plans for Marriage yet Amanda and her boyfriend John are still staying with their own family. John wants to take leave from work to be with Amanda at the time of birth, John has only worked for 5 months for Sunset Restaurant and Bar. Is Amanda entitled to Maternity leave? How much leave days and payment is Amanda expected to receive if any? Are there any implication to leave entitlement for John and Amanda given their relationship status?
