Unexpectedly, two junior members of the production department come in to see the Production Director, to complain that their Manager, who reports to the Production Director, committed discrimination, practiced favoritism in the treatment of people, and misused company’s facilities for possible personal gains. The situation demands an investigation, but also demands certain level of wisdom to handle people with whom the Director has close contact. How would the Production Director handle this complain?
