UniArt Technical Works is a newly established maintenance company in UAE. They need to create a website where customers can book their service through the website.

The Management invited you, as a system analyst to describe their requirement. In your first meeting, the Manager indicated his need for a website that describes the company$$s provided services. Next to each service, a customer can select to book this service, and the type of his property, he picks an available time slot to receive a staff to help him solve his problem.

The company has two departments, one for Residential maintenance and another for Commercial maintenance. Each department receives the booking under their working category. Those two departments already have computers where they used to use excel to schedule their work.

Now the management wants a booking system through the website to be received on a connected system installed on their computers, track if work is seen, confirmed, paid and accomplished. The management expects that the new system will reduce errors, increase customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiency. They just put one condition that the system must be installed by June $1$st $($this meeting was in end of January$).$ They expect a full report by end of February with a full detailed planning.

You learned in your $$CIT$460$ course that there are several reasons for initiating system requests which are: improved service, support for new product and services, better performance, more information, stronger control$/$encryption$/$security$/$access level and reduce cost.
