For the upcoming years, to ensure the companys survival, Uniklots CEO has revised the companys strategy to include focus on cost reduction with the following priorities: Focus on key customers - composed of men and women, 18-40 years of age, with mid-range incomes. Ensure Uniklot offering fashionable and trendy style of clothing Cut the costs of products Amend the current production process to meet these new strategic priorities
