union side: Article $1$ Recognition and Scope

The current agreement provides for the replacement of non$-$bargaining unit employees, including

supervisors to replace bargaining unit employees when on vacation. The Union is concerned with

the erosion its membership and will seek to remove this provision. Bargaining unit employees

who are on vacation should be replaced by other bargaining unit employees.
