This task requires you to produce a Report on selected parts of the Equality Act. 2. For this task, you take the role of a trainee Legal Executive working for a firm of solicitors in Kempston. Your supervisor is advising a client, Michael Fencastle, who is the owner of Fencastle Bistro situated in Kempston. The matter relates to potential breaches of the Equality Act 2010 following an incident in the Bistro and a subsequent complaint to him by four customers, Jenny, Tom, Dmitri and Paulo. 3.
