]Unlike with the integrative paper, in the discussion postings you are given a scenario/situation/case to resolve, and are asked to choose the tools you can use to resolve the problem. For example, imagine that you come home and find that the kitchen sink is jammed, the electric power is off in two rooms, and everyone in the house (kids, spouse, in-laws, etc.) is arguing about something. Will you use the plumbing tools to ensure that everyone stops arguing and gets along? Will you start negotiating with the sink to start draining? Or, will you use a receptacle tester to locate circuit breakers, and test the receptacle wiring? Therefore, in your main posting you start from the situation that need a resolve, then select the most applicable tools, while explaining WHY that tool is the most appropriate one, and HOW you can use it to fix the problem.

Bob is a skilled construction worker who is well respected by his fellow workers. It is almost noon time and he is still sitting in his truck at the construction site, checking his social media accounts, because the supplies he needs did not arrive yet. The supplies were ordered late. Bob can help his colleagues who are working, but his boss, Jack, told him in the morning that he should do ONLY the job he was assigned, or else... When Jack finds Bob in his truck on the phone, Jack becomes infuriated, and starts calling Bob lazy, irresponsible, and tells him he is fired.
