Identify an urban logistics-related problem (externality or operational challenge) in your neighbourhood or work area and:

a) Illustrate the urban logistics problem in detail. In your answer, you need to document the problem using various means such as citing related media coverage, personal observation and pictures, conducting interviews, etc.

b) Propose two (2) solutions or improvement initiatives to minimise or eliminate the problem. You need to justify your recommendations.
