Customer Service Assistant can see all the available apartments with the number of rooms some available photos and monthly rent. Customer Service Assistant can lease an apartment for a customer. System mark that apartment unavailable for rent and it will record the customer's information with the apartment and the Customer Service Assistant's id for future follow ups. If a Customer's personal information changes he/she can contact the Customer . Service Assistant who will then be able to edit his/her information. Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining and entering all available apartments into the System. Supervisor can check all the records of all the Customers living in all the buildings. He/she can check all available apartments and check the building's financial status for a given time. He/she can add, edit and remove the company's employees and customers records. Supervisor can also view reports. Main Work Flow Rent an apartment 1. Customer visits the Customer Assistant to Rent an Apartment. 2.
