The specific company and country will be assigned to your group and your administrative assistant team prepared materials for you. They have provided all of the elements of travel for you (airfare, public transportation, hotel, list of local restaurants) as well as has researched and provided you information on local customs and culture. You will be given the following information that has been prepared for you: A travel checklist of things that need to be completed (with dates before departure in a timeline feature) for members. Include important dates for documentation and all travel arrangements. A customized Travel Profile. A multi-page Itinerary for each individual with travel information and possible backup plans. Include travel from lodging to business and back each day. Tips include a backup plan for public transportation outside of airport travel.

Also, you must address any ethical situations you foresee that may have to be dealt with if the global partnership is pursued. Other issues you may need to address are: What is the entrepreneurial culture in the country? What cultural barriers might you run into? What major institutional barriers must you expect to deal with? Can you easily hire good workers and for those who dont work out, can you fire them? What will be involved to be able to provide high-speed internet service? What are the financial markets like? Is the banking system accessible? What other barriers might you face?

The report should be 10 - 12 pages long with supporting materials as appendices, if necessary (note that supporting materials should NOT be included in the body of the report). In addition, each team is responsible for a 10 - 15 slide PowerPoint presentation to be used to report the highlights of the findings to their superiors upon their return from their trip (it does not need to be narrated).
