URGENT: PLEASE NEED HELP TY

Please help me organize my ideas. I'm struggling because of my bad English. I am doing ten pages research paper on Toyota focusing on "Toyota internationalization & innovation strategy" and also including success in a foreign market and the success of Toyota's innovation as it goes into foreign countries.

Then, write about their Research and development in foreign/or host countries and use hybrid innovation activities across national borders, meaning both home-base-exploiting and home-base-augmenting innovation. So which countries will be best to use for this?

Compare and contrast using examples of achievement in "national responsiveness" in foreign locations. The most important I need to answer is, "how does innovation help them succeed and become one of the top largest automotive manufacturers and sellers globally.

Note: Please help me with how I should approach and use which of their innovations strategies because they have the Toyota way, Toyota production system, Kaizen, lean production, and just-in-time system. Among the innovation strategies above, which one will be the best for this paper? What was the reason they went overseas and expanded? If you can suggest some sources and help with a few pagarph to get ideas.
