The following events took place: (a) Wendy was in the kitchen preparing a drink for herself. Xavier crept up to her and placed his arms around Wendy's waist and kissed the back of her neck. Wendy screamed, at which point Xavier let go. Wendy then turned around and threw her drink in Xavier's face. She then grabbed a kitchen knife, pointed it at Xavier and said, "Pull a stunt like that again and this'll end up between your ribs". (c) After a row with Yvonne, Zack sent her an anonymous text message that read: "IMPORTANT. POLICE MESSAGE. YOUR MOTHER HAS DIED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. PLEASE CALL 999."
