Consider the Strengths and Weaknesses of CNM. These are the internal aspects to consider. List at least three in the S and W sections. Hint: Think about the things that you really like about CNM and those that you do not.

Consider the Opportunities and Threats of CNM. These are the external aspects to consider. When thinking about these areas, you should think: what might happen in the external environment that could take students away from CNM. Remember, we're not in the business to earn a profit like most companies; CNM wants to attract students. For example, one threat is competition. UNM and other competitors could potentially take students away from CNM. Make sure to have at least three items in each category -- S, W. O and T.
