Use BPMN to model the following business process scenario. Catering4Mars, inc. utilizes the following process to handle their customers catering orders. Every day at 10am, the sales team review today's order in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Depending on the order and its line items, it may be routed into any one or combination of the following departments: 1. Post-paid items: the Sales team prepare an invoice and then transmit it to the customer. 2. Pre-paid items: the Sales team prepare a bill and then transmit it to the customer. 2. Pastry items: the Pastries Chief prepares pastry items, 4. All other food items: the Senior Chiet prepares all remaining food items Once all items and documents are prepared, the sales team deliver the catering to the customer, which end the process. Note that it is possible for an order to have multiple line items with different types of food, some of which are pre-paid, while others are post-paid. Make sure you show process resources using pools and lanes as appropriate in your diagram. Also include information artifacts (data objects/stores) in your diagram as appropriate. Model the customer as an external pool using public view (black box). Upload only PNG files exported from Camunda. Altach File Browse Local Files Browse Content Collection
