The chart below lists the 2018-2019 tuition rates for George Mason University. You must write a program that prompts the user for his or her name. Then, you must ask the user for which type of student they are based on the chart below. Based on the type of student, you will determine the how much the Tuition will be and how much each type of fee (Education Resource Fee, or Graduate New Student Fee.) will be for the student. You must match the menu given. Only Law students will be prompted for Day or Evening status. After determining the total tuition for the student, you must add that to the total fees to obtain the Total Tuition and Fees. Then you will display the the students name, tuition, graduate new student fee, education resource fee, number of credits, and the total tuition and fees.

The output must show 2 decimal places for any monetary amount, but the number of credits should show 0 decimal places.

Here is a sample of how the program should run (test data for 2 users is shown in italics. We will go over test data for more users in class). A grading rubric will be distributed by Monday, February 11. Remember, the code must be debugged or the maximum grade will be 32.5 points of 65 possible points thus 50%.
