Therefore, you are asked to prepare the following points: 1 - Preparing the sales plan for the next year 2021, including all the details, including the mechanism for selecting and hiring salesmen that it deems appropriate; 2- Forecasting sales for the coming year 2021, with a mention of all the steps that the sales forecasting process goes through, and the used method, which it deems appropriate, with a mention of the reasons for this method, and taking into account some of the factors that may affect that. Take at least two factors of your choice. 3- Considering that the sales of the past year 2019 were estimated at $120,000, which is 10% less than the sales of the current year 2020, what is the value of sales for the next year 2021? 4- Prepares the estimated sales budget for the upcoming year 2021.
