Use of Open-Ended Questions Utilizing open ended questions during interview is a great way to engage in conversation as it allows the interviewee to ask questions that the interviewer may have missed. It also allows the interviewee to add the "feel thought" in their response, which would then give the interviewer an additional insight of the question. This then helps build trust between the interviewer and interviewee, and the interviewer may feel that the interviewee is open and honest. Open ended questions does minimize negative impact in future, as most critical questions could be asked by the interviewee during this session. It is evident that the ER representative asked open ended during her interview session in order to gain more information from the officea'eniployees.
