Also note that dependent tasks can have one predecessor task or several. Construct a PERT/CPM chart from these tasks. Recall that this is done as a two-step process: (1) display the tasks and task patterns, and (2) enter start and finish time.

Make task boxes for each task that includes the task name, start and finish times, task ID and task duration. Please explain also What is the critical path and how long will it take, Specifically state both of these.
