Use the internet for your research --

Choose any company or industry that uses union labor. Introduce the company, briefly saying what they do (product they sell, service they provide, etc.).

Then, perform a SWOT analysis on the company (listing out a strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat). While specific company detail might be hard to find using only the internet, do your best based on the information you can find.

Finally, share your thoughts on how using Union Labor within their organization is an advantage or if you think it's a disadvantage. If an advantage, how so? If a disadvantage, how would things look if they went away from the Union Labor structure?,??
