Use the internet to select a relevant article on Pay-for-Performance. It should be no more than five years old.

Write a 3-page or more article review that includes a summary of the article (just the major highlights, please don't include all of the details) and your insights into the article. Ensure that you are identifying (1) the name of your article in the introduction; (2) include the proper citation right after referring to your article name and have it on a reference list. If you are using a Website URL the URL must go directly to the article you are discussing, no exceptions. Note: Your insights may include new learnings, a-ha moments, what you found more interesting, or how you've seen your topic play out in real life. This section must also include a tie-in to the text readings. Ensure that you are referring to that tie-in by Chapter in your paper. Merely copying and pasting the information about the article will only earn the most minimal points. This is about your insights and your analysis of the highlights. It is about what you learned from this article on this topic. Remember, there are two sections, one the summary (20%) and the balance is about your new learnings from the article (80%).
