Battlegrounds can serve as a testing ground for a range of life goals. Surviving necessitates agility, determination, quick thinking, and, perhaps most significantly, boldness. People display bravery in situations other than conflict. It is necessary to have the personality attributes that create an effective combat leader. In contrast to commonly held beliefs, courage is a skill that can be taught and learned, and almost everyone can be courageous. People have looked for the perfect alchemy of components that constitute excellent leadership throughout history. Leaders that make decisive but inclusive judgments, analyze events with cognitive and emotional intelligence, and radiate confidence and humility are desired by followers. Great leaders are believed to have bold but reasonable judgment, enthusiastic but calculated risk-taking, and a forceful but introspective demeanor. This remark is embedded in a book that encourages individuals to treat others with respect and empathy, always acting from a place of love for humanity. Martin Luther King Jr. describes the types of battles he is talking about with the people with the words disputes and challenges. He is implying that a person's genuine ethical makeup is revealed only at times of great difficulty and stress, and is unable to fully assess amid times of peace.

A COURAGEOUS SERVANT LEADERSHIP Courage is one of the less-appreciated qualities of servant leaders. The public's perception of servant leaders as "good guys" overshadows the difficult conversations and decisions they face every day. Without the courage to do the right thing in the face of hardship, servant leadership is impossible to practice. Servant leaders criticize, counsel, discipline, and, on occasion, dismiss individuals under their supervision. They are aware that their engagement may disappoint others, but they do not escape this responsibility. Here are four examples of brave servant leader actions: Give up control/be trusting, communicate honestly and politely, admit mistakes/be humble, seek honest critique, and be open to change. That is the type of leadership I offer!
