Write a Python program that prompts the user to enter the number of students studying science and the number of students studying arts in a school. The program should calculate and display the percentage of science and arts students. If the percentage of science students is higher, the program should display the message 'Science is the more popular subject'. If the percentage of arts students is higher, it should display 'Arts is the more popular subject'. In case of an equal percentage, display 'Both subjects are equally popular'.
