User-authentication is hard. We need people to be able to access their banking, school work, and other sensitive information. We ask them to log in and provide some validation (password).
We also know that people "forget their password" and sometimes need help accessing a site.
Within this, there are bad actors, people who will take advantage of the methods to reset an unknown password.
In your experience, and in what you've thought/read about in this class, how would you recommend authenticating users to a website that contains sensitive or private information?
