Question:
Users include faculty, staff, students and alumni. Only the poster product is requested - no voice-over is necessary. Be sure the points on your poster are self-explanatory - or, if you would like, include a summary as a separate reference document to your poster (this should be not part of the poster but an addition to the poster).
Here are the user stories for the Module 4 Poster. Find ways to design and build your poster to provide information that addresses the needs of your stakeholder - in this case, an agile learner.
(Though this isn't really a "sprint" from a scrum/team perspective, you will work with user stories to create a one-page poster that can be part of our Agile Poster Product as part of the PM Template Repository.)
Sprint 4 Product Backlog: Self-Organizing Teams
- As an agile learner, I want to know what a self-organizing team is so that I can explain it to my stakeholders.
- As an agile learner, I want to know the benefits of a self-organizing team so that I can sell the concept to my leaders.
- As an agile learner, I want to know what challenges to be prepared to manage with a self-organizing team so that I can be successful as a team member.
- As an agile learner, I want to know how self-organizing teams demonstrate agile values and principles so that I can be sure to practice it in an agile way.
NOTE: Always try to keep your work visual for the reader (create graphics not just words for some items)
