Using a media Company of your choice, create a compensation package for one (1) job group. In your discussion, be sure to include the following:

a) One-page introduction of the type of organization selected and the nature of the business conducted.

b) Compensation philosophy- be sure to identify the direct and indirect benefits

c) Job evaluation of the position

d) Compare the compensation package that your group developed with an established compensation package within the same organization and give three (3) reasons why you believe the packages are different
