Using an HCO you are familiar with or one that you can get information about, conduct an organizational assessment using the SWOT analysis process. Provide a brief explanation of the SWOT process. Provide a brief description of the HCO (i.e. is it a hospital, LTC facility, medical clinic, etc.) To get full credit at least three (3) strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats must be listed.
