USING AWK COMMAND

Write the command that would find all lines that have an email address from file longfile, extract just the e-mail address without characters such as (, ), <, >, etc., and print a label "email = " before each e-mail address. output should look like the examples below :

email = adnan_mazhar@hotmail.com email = aftab@klinkers.net email = budz@logos.cy.net email = info@continuum.net email = jhamill@ibm.net
