Using Classes/Objects

Part-1

• Create 3 frames
• Place 2 frames side-by-side on top of screen
• Place the 3rd frame below the top 2 frames, spanning two columns
• Display a picture in one of the top 2 frames
• Display some text(any) in each of the other 2 frames

This is what I had been asked by my teacher. we have to use python programming to complete these steps but i don't understand how to do this
