Remember that this is an Adult Education and Human Resource Management program, and your work should reflect a scenario somehow related to those fields. Identify a learning need and, using a front-end analysis, translate this need into an instructional goal(s). Refer to and complete the attached rubric from the end of Chapter 2 to make sure each goal has been suitably evaluated and refined. If a particular line item does not apply in the context of these project assignments, mark NA. Submit this completed rubric with your project submission as described below. It can be embedded or a separate attachment.
