Using Excel, I have a list of 50 units with two columns. One labeled square feet the other labeled listing prices. My linear regression equation is y=400.95x+313888. I want to find the residual for each of the 50 units beginning with 1,315 sqft and $242,100. I tried it after following a video online line however the result seems way out of range - $840,137! Help?
