Using HASKELL, replace the last element in a tuple with a string.

example: ("hello", "me", "four") => ("hello", "me", 4)

I'm not sure how to replace multiple different values in a function in Haskell, based on what the element is ("three" => 3, "ten" => 10, etc.) (so with multiple cases)
