Using informaon your group prepared in Assignment 1, Needs Analysis (and professor feedback), each group will develop content for their training program. This will include research, decisions & raonale regarding: - Defining the learning objecve - Describing training content to meet the learning objecve - Deciding on the most appropriate training method delivery (more than one method may be used) - Interacve components - what, when, frequency (it is not acceptable that learners will simply read or watch videos of the training content) In addion to idenfying the group's decisions as listed above, groups will also include raonale (with researched references) to support these choices. Research must include reference from the textbook, at least 2 peer-reviewed/academically-valid arcles and can include an external resource (ie. A Training & Development Specialist/Training Facilitator/Training Designer). Although no minimum or maximum page count is specified for this assignment, it is expected that this assignment will adequately detail the training objecve, training content, training methods & idenfy and apply the appropriate learning principles. This assignment will be used as input to create the lesson plan and training materials for Assignment 3, which will become your praccum
