a)The method timeSince returns the difference between the two given time values as number of seconds. The two time values are passed as String object arguments to the method.The time is stored in YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm-ss format in these stringse.g. The return type of the method is intand the return value is always newer_time older_time; hence, the argument order does not matter. If the difference is bigger than the range of int, then -1 is returned to indicate an error situation.You are not allowed to use any Date/Time manipulation libraries in this method.

b)The method areCoprime returns true if the two intpassed as argument are coprime to each other; else it returns false. The function returns a boolean value. Two integers are called coprime in number theory if their greatest common factor is 1. You must use only for loop(s)in this question wherever required.You are not allowed to use any Math libraries in this method
