Using Peggy McIntosh's article about privilege as inspiration, and using McIntosh's definition of privilege to guide your analysis, reflect on at least ONE area in your life (i.e. academic, social, job, home), where you are impacted by your privilege. Please note that there are many different forms of privilege you may wish to discuss including your socio-economic position, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sex, ability, religion, etc. For clarity, and for the purposes of this assignment, only a man can have privilege on the basis of sex, only a heterosexual person can have privilege on the basis of sexual orientation, only a white person can have privilege on the basis of race, only a person who does not experience poverty can have privilege on the basis of socio-economic position/class, and only a person who is able bodied can have privilege on the basis of ability. In what ways do you feel that you do NOT experience privilege? In other words, what are ways that you feel you are unfairly disadvantaged because of this? Please refer to at least ONE identity marker (such as socio-economic position, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sex, ability, religion, etc.,)
