Take the first 21 cards, that deck of 21 becomes your working deck

Fan them out ask neighbour to remember a card

Distribute working deck into three piles until all cards are distributed

Display each pile of 7 cards to neighbour to see which pile they see their card

stacked the cards back together with the pile that has your neighbours card in the middle and the other pile of cards on top and the bottom

Do this two more times

neighbours card will be the 11th card
