Using python write the following matrix functions

1)A function that takes two matrices as parameters and returns the product. The function should return an empty matrix, [], if the two matrices are incompatible

2)A function that returns the trace of a matrix. The trace is the sum of the diagonal elements

3)A function that returns the determinate of a 2x2 or 3x3 matrix. The function only needs to work for these two cases so you can hard code in the answer.
