At the conclusion of the session, the HR Manager summarized all the items highlighted during the focus group and asked the participants to select the top three items they would like management to address in the coming year. The action items are outlined below:

  2. More professional development/training opportunities for all
  3. Flexible scheduling for all accounting positions
