1. Using section 7-2 from our textbook (titledGroup Performance Factors), you will describe a team you were a part of and relate that team to two of the five subsections listed in section 7-2. The five subsections aregroup composition, group size, group norms,group cohesiveness,andinformal leadership.

Your objective is to clearly identify to me that you understand our textbook content related to a team you have been a part of. You do not need to only describe high-performing teams, as you can describe a poorly performing team and explain what was missing from the team related to the group performance factors.

Be sure you answer all questions asked, and keep in mind the rubric you will be scored on. This means 1) answer the question 2) explain the "why" and 3) give an original example. Your answers should be two few paragraphs long - one for each group performance factor.
