Using the below business rules for patient appointment relationship, draw an Entity Relationship Diagram that reflects the relationships. Diagram should be drawn using Microsoft Visio.

The tables you will be using for the diagram are highlighted in bold and underlined. Please pay attention to the relationships. Relationships could be a One-to-One, One-to-Many, or Many-to-Many. If there happens to be a Many-to-Many relationship, then a linking table will have to be created for the Many-to-Many relationship. Each of the tables should have fields/columns.

In your diagram, make sure to include the fields including primary key and foreign keys like PatientID, PaymentID etc.

The appointment is for a particular date and time

The patient is assigned to a doctor but if this doctor is not available, the patient is allowed to see the other available doctors

After treatment, the patient makes a co-pay payment

The patient is insured by an insurance company

The insurance company makes the remaining payment
