Using the Boeing 787 Dreamliner case study;

a) Identify 3 negative and positive risks for the Case Study and critically analyse the impact of these risks.

b) Use a Risk Probability and Impact (P&I) matrix to rate and prioritise risks.

c) Develop appropriate response strategies, including a proposed course of action, to effectively manage each identified risk.

d) Risk Communication Strategy; Identify and explain how stakeholders will be communicated and engaged with on the project's ongoing risk management activities.
