Using the business and research problem you chose in Week 2, design a research survey of at least 10 questions which will help you solve the problem at hand. (Do not include classification questions in your total of 10, which include asking the respondent their age, gender, income, etc.) After each question, place in parenthesis the purpose of the question and how it will help you solve your particular research problem as shown in the example below. The purpose of each question needs to be clear or else there is no point in asking the question. Be certain to construct the survey incorporating various questioning types. For example, if my research problem is whether or not I should extend my business hours to accommodate more shoppers, I would construct my question in the following manner: What hours of the day do you typically do most of your shopping for clothing purchases? (The purpose of this question to gauge when my customers do most of their shopping during the day. Based on the data I will open earlier, stay open later, or realize hours of operation are not deterring my customers from coming in.)
