Using the code from the csv section above as a guide, you are to write a program that reads in the crime.csv file and creates a pie chart of the crimes. The data for the slices of the pie will be a count of the crimes based on the ucr_ncic_code but grouped as show below:

1. 0-999
2. 1000-1999
3. 2000-2999
4. 3000-3999
5. 4000-4999
6. 5000-5999
7. 6000-6999
8. 7000-7999
9. 8000-8999

Label the slices as you see fit.

Submit the .py file and the PNG file of the pie chart
