Using the data below and information from experiment where I am trying to find the higher gas mileage between US and Japanese cars, answer the following:

1:

Set a level of confidence and state why you set it at this level.

2:

Construct a confidence interval (even if you determine the data is unusable). Copy and paste the output (Upper & Lower bounds) Interpret the meaning of the interval created.

Step 1: Question - Which cars give the higher gas mileage - Ford (U.S cars) or Toyota (Japanese cars)? Step2: Population - Ford and Toyota cars that are manufactured in the U.S. and Japan. Variable being measured - gas mileages Type of variable - Quantitative Sampling method - Independent, there is no relationship or dependence between the two cars' datasets. So, the sampling method is an independent type. Step 3: I will follow a simple random sampling method to collect the data by picking 30 cars with their gas mileage count. This is random technique means each of the cars has an equal probability of being selected in my sample. Bias can occur when the items of the populations do not have equal chances of being selected in the sample. Though I have used a simple random sampling method in my data collection, some biases may occur in this method too. If I consider those cars are from the same manufacturer or have the same features, then the sample does not represent the whole population properly and some biases may happen in my data collection
