Using the data of Malaysia's CA as a percentage of GDP in 2019 and the inflation rate or unemployment rate, the XX-II model analysis of Malaysia is carried out. That is, look at the quadrants of Malaysia and what combination of policies the government needs to use to achieve internal and external balance. If both internal and external balances are not possible, discuss how they can be balanced and what tradeoffs are required.
