Brian Price, SSN 252-52-5252 begins working for Costume Creativity on 10/11/2019. He lives at 8888 Searcher Boulevard, Wheeling, WV 26003. He is married and has one child under age 17. He is paid twice per month on the 15th and last day of each month. For the current pay period ending November 30, Brian worked 80 regular hours and also worked 8 overtime hours. His regular pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Brian has $25 deducted for Life Insurance and $5.00 deducted as a charitable contribution. Use the percentage method to compute the Federal income tax withheld. Assume the state income tax withholding rate is 5% of Gross wages. Assume the Social Security rate is 6.2% and the Medicare rate is 1.45%. Assume all of Brian's wages are subject to Social Security and Medicare.
