Using the frameworks discussed in class plus "ONE additional" of your selection (to be confirmed before submission with your seminar tutor) write a critical review on different styles/theories of leadership. In this review, you are asked to discuss the frameworks/styles we explored in Week 3 (Authoritarian, Democratic, Laissez-Faire) and the advantages and disadvantages of each leadership style/approach. Additionally, you must provide relevant illustrative examples of real or fictional leaders to demonstrate your understanding of the characteristics associated with the styles of leadership you are critically analyzing (in reference to the term leadership style-your focus will be on leadership behaviours, practices, and effects)
