my proposal is Homegrown Human Resource Integrated System Project for a corporation with 5,000 Employees and 271 Branches called "KINGS PORTAL

My proposal last 2019: " . the HRIS will cater to payroll, employee transaction and work, documentation, time in and out, sales monitoring and approval system.

The Team behind it would be : 1. HR Deparment, IT Department, Systems Department, Audit Department and Sales Team.

Duration of the project: 6 Months to make\

Funding for the project: Devices needed, consultants to hire, food for meetings, and other materials and tools total: 20,000 USD.

Why do you think this is a good idea?

Because there was no payroll and HRIS system used for 80 years in the company, before I came and we were losing 1M USD a year due to productivity losses and other tools used just to compensate for the manual processes and pen and paper done we also hire too many people for one specific work load that can be ease up with an HRIS system. other than that the system Kingsportal is the new corporate system that will be used by all Employees. The basic day to day processes and functions can be found in this online system. This system was designed to cater to the functionality needs of every employee with regards to filing their leaves, official business's, travel orders, MRF's and other requests. The system is on its early stage of development and is in continuous process of improving to reach its one hundred percent capability and to provide a more accurate and yet more convenient way of filing all processes that are being done by every Employee. Do read the basic instructions and follow them accordingly in order to avoid the delay of your requests or filed transactions.

With this it is an assurance that the following will be attained:

1. Investment sustainability on the long run a gain of atleast 500K USD A year of sustainable profit

2. More productivity for employees due to online approvals and fast transactioning

3. Less labor cost, less company cost on paper and less waste management cost

4. Secure clouding of data, transactions, and faster payroll processing with less desputes.

5. More agile approval systems for business proposals, travel orders, official business permits.

What has happened to make you think so?

Because of so many errors on payroll, transitioning taking more time, loss of money and productivity. I was tasked to come up with such an idea and cater to the needs of an organization with such a big number of employees. Therefore having an HRIS system will hit more than 2 birds in one stone. It will provide the biggest cost saving and productivity tool for the organization for 20 - 30 years long because of how modern the system would be catering to so many different facets of the organization and to almost all departments for their work.

Have others tried to make this proposal work?

Yes they did last 2018, but it was vaguely incomplete and lack the original ideas needed for such a system.

What happened if they did?

They actually did and failed to have it approved so I was able to review the proposal they had and i saw the following errors with it:

1. No sustainability costing and prediction

2. No financial capabilities back then due to budget constraints

3. No proper team composition for the project

4. No appropriate vision, name, target, and time line for it.

5. It was clearly chaotic in structure and was not really designed as a proposal for the board of directors to see.

Has someone in authority thought about doing this?

Yes, actually. My boss mentioned it when I was interviewed that they were hoping to have a big change in the system that they use for payroll and work. But he didnt have the idea, logic, and perception to really clear it all out and give it to the board and managers. So I did.

I hope my sharing of the biggest project I ever proposed, handled and executed gave you the ideas and guidance you need. All of these are authentic and is based on my real life experience last 2019. I cant share with you the files for it I was also author of the User Guide created for the system since I was the brain of the project all of it was 80% my idea, but due to non disclosures that I signed I cant give you a copy of it
