Using the readings and videos from this week as your guide, create your own simple GUI. Provide the code, screen-shot of the GUI, and describe the functionality. Include one text area, two checkboxes, a group of radio buttons, and a submit button. Just generate the GUI. You are not required to write any code (listener) to make anything happen when the submit button is clicked. You can use your creativity to design the GUI in any way you like.
