Usman, a customer came to the shop and looked at a television (Price = Rs. 45,000) and gave

Arshad (shopkeeper), Rs. 45,000, and asked him that he would like to buy it. Arshad told Usman

that this TV is already sold, to which Usman got angry and sued Arshad for violating the

contract.

Aslam, (one of the suppliers of electronic items for the market) came to Arshad to discuss an

attractive proposal. Aslam told Arshad that he could supply some smuggled good at a very low

price from which a lot profit can be made. After their discussion, they entered into an agreement

in which it was decided that the profit from selling the smuggled goods would be divided equally

(50% for each party) between them. After a few months, Arshad only gave 30% profit to Aslam.

Aslam sued Arshad for the rest of the 20% profit.
