Utilize your own information and research, on the problems of Gender as management issue. Below are the prescribed areas to be discussed in your presentation. These steps include Diagnosis, Solution, Action and Evaluation. Make sure to cover these areas thoroughly. You will review its diagnosis, solution, action steps, and evaluation. The presentation will be assessed on each of the following four dimensions: 

1. Diagnosis - compile all the key information and list all the identified management problems or evidence. You will then identify the two problems that will be the focus of the case analysis. Be sure to explain why focusing on these problems (i.e., why are these key management problems?) and be sure to support your diagnosis with relevant material. 

2. Solution - identify the ways to resolve the problem(s) identified during diagnosis and consider reasonable alternatives. Research what other companies are doing regarding this issue. Interviews and research on competitors in the industry can be beneficial. 

3. Action - select the solution steps that are needed to solve the problems and explain how you would implement these activities. For the implementation portion, outline a step-by-step program for the organization to follow in order to solve the problems, and support your suggestions (explain why this is appropriate by using course or outside material). 

4. Evaluation - to evaluate one's solutions and actions properly, managers must identify in advance, the indicators they will use to measure success and collect indicators as the action stage progresses (e.g., to evaluate a program intended to improve productivity, you could use measures such as counts of items produced,questionnaire indices of customer satisfaction, dollar volume of sales, etc.). 

Explain what measures will be utilized to assess your action plan. Please be specific and provide rationale for each measure selected, as well as describe exactly how you will collect data on the measures (from whom, when and where).
